Yashna International is back yet again and this time with fresh visuals. The singer/songwriter is no longer a stranger to the piano world, and is about to release her 3rd music video for 2021 titled Duma. Duma is the 5th and final single found on her most recent Amapiano EP, Yano Groove.
Duma is an up-tempo motivational Amapiano infused World Pop song which was produced by Neo Ndawo, showcasing no restraint in his versatility and ability to create music of an international standard.
June represents the month of Youth celebration which coincides perfectly with the theme that surrounds Duma both lyrically and visually. The video is filled with a diverse group of kids and highlights talented Durban based dancers, the song also possesses a positive affirmative message with lyrics as follows, “they will never take our power, we will get all our desires, together we can take it higher,” steering the narrative that unity can bring about greater change.
The music video was directed by Creed who has handled many of Yashna’s previous works.
